General Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
Company: SOAP AND FOAM CLEANING SERVICE LLC, registered in Abu Dhabi.
Client: Any individual or entity requesting cleaning services provided by the company.
Services: Includes residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using or requesting our services, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. If the client disagrees with any of the terms, they are requested not to use our services.
3. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon being published on the website or app.
4. Service Coverage
- Services are exclusively offered within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including residential and commercial areas within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and surrounding areas.
- Services include residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialized services such as carpet, window, and upholstery cleaning.
- Areas outside Abu Dhabi may require special arrangements and prior agreement.
Policies
1. Booking Policy
- Clients can book cleaning services through:
- The company’s website.
- Mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Call Centre via the customer service hotline.
- Clients are required to provide accurate details about the location, type of service, and the area or hours required for cleaning.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message, including service details, date, and time.
2. Payment Policy
- Full Payment Upon Booking:
- Clients must pay the full amount, including applicable taxes, at the time of booking through the website or mobile app.
- A detailed invoice, including all costs and taxes, will be issued upon booking confirmation.
- For bookings made via the Call Centre, payment details and methods will be clarified during the process.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients can cancel their booking 24 hours before the scheduled service without any additional charges.
- A 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after deducting cancellation charges.
4. Refund Policy
- Any pre-paid amounts will be refunded if the service is canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered.
5. Service Quality Policy
- The company is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services using environmentally friendly products.
- If a client has any complaints regarding the service quality, they must contact the company within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
6. Safety and Security Policy
- All staff are trained in health and safety standards.
- Only safe and eco-friendly cleaning products are used.
- The company is not responsible for damages or incidents caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Privacy Policy
- All client information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
- No personal information will be shared with third parties without the client’s consent unless required by law.
8. Liability Policy
- The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the service.
- Clients are responsible for reporting any pre-existing damages in the property before the service begins.
Specific Terms for Cleaning Services
1. Residential Cleaning
- Includes regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
- All cleaning tools and materials will be provided by the company.
2. Commercial Cleaning
- Includes office cleaning, retail cleaning, and cleaning of event venues.
- Cleaning plans are customized to meet the client’s specific requirements.
3. Specialized Services
- Includes carpet cleaning, window washing, and upholstery cleaning.
- Some specialized services may require prior booking and arrangements.
Legal Agreements
1. Governing Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in Abu Dhabi.
